Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pound sausage meat
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. Divide sausage meat into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around an egg.
  3. Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large saucepan to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the eggs until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
