Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
2. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each toasted sandwich roll.
3. Spoon the shrimp mixture onto the lettuce leaves, then top with the other half of the roll.
