Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 2 pieces Sandwich rolls split and toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each toasted sandwich roll.
  3. 3. Spoon the shrimp mixture onto the lettuce leaves, then top with the other half of the roll.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
