Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or any other long pasta
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 2 scallions green onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, garlic, and ginger.
  3. 3. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the sauce until well coated.
  4. 4. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
