Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Lamb
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 4 cups Mashed Potatoes
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground lamb until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Add onions, carrots, peas, and corn. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomato paste and flour. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add beef broth, bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
