Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Sirloin steaks about 1 inch thick
- 4 tablespoon Butter unsalted
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoon of butter and let it melt.
3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
5. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Cook until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
6. Pour the garlic butter over the steaks and serve immediately.
