Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 3 pcs Carrots sliced
- 4 pcs Potatoes diced
- 1 pc Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
1. Place beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic into the slow cooker.
2. Pour in beef broth and add salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
