Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Transfer the cooked beef to the slow cooker. Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
3. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
4. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
