Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour marinara sauce over them.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve hot over pasta or as desired.
