Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Chuck Roast
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 4 large Carrots cut into chunks
  • 4 large Potatoes cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, sear the roast on all sides until browned.
  3. 3. Place the roast in the slow cooker. Add beef broth, garlic, onion, carrots, potatoes, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
