Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork Recipe

- 1 kg Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Place pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
6. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
7. Serve on buns or as desired.
