Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, lemon juice, white vinegar, and salt until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  3. After 24 hours, stir the mixture and refrigerate for another 24 hours before using.
