Sous Vide Egg Bites Recipe
Delicious and fluffy egg bites made using the sous vide method.

Main Ingredients
- 6 large Eggs
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar, Gruyere, or your choice
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Cooked Bacon or Ham Optional, diced
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the egg mixture into mason jars or silicone molds, filling each about three-quarters full. Add diced bacon or ham if using.
4. Seal the jars loosely or cover the silicone molds with foil.
5. Submerge the jars or molds in the preheated water bath. Cook for 60 minutes.
6. Remove from the water bath and let cool slightly before serving.
