  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
