- 1 cup Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Serve warm with crackers or bread.
