  • 2 pieces Steak about 200g each
  • 2 pieces Bread Rolls sliced
  • 1 piece Onion sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  3. 3. Remove the steaks and let them rest. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized.
  4. 4. Slice the rested steaks thinly.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing steak slices and caramelized onions in the sliced bread rolls.
