  • 12 pieces Mushrooms stems removed
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chives chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom caps.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve warm.
