Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 Bell Peppers, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and bell peppers to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
