- 20 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 large Egg
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture and place them in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
