Ingredients 

Meatballs

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Sauce

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
