Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup Bell peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Onion cut into chunks

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine pork pieces with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add bell peppers and onions. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add pineapple chunks and cooked pork back into the wok.
  5. 5. In a bowl, mix ketchup, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour into the wok and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
