Tater Tots Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 bag Frozen Tater Tots (32 oz)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 small Onion chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef and onion with the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Top with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
