Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool before using.
