Main Ingredients
- 1 block Firm Tofu drained and crumbled
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, bread crumbs, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings.
