Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth.
  5. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
