Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
