Vermicelli Noodle Bowl Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Vermicelli noodles
- 200 g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot, julienned
- 1 Cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 1 cup Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, basil)
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Red chili, sliced optional
1. Cook vermicelli noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pot, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked. Set aside.
3. Prepare the vegetables: julienne the carrot and cucumber, and wash the bean sprouts and herbs.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, minced garlic, and sliced red chili to make the dressing.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the noodles, chicken, vegetables, and herbs. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
