Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Water
- 1 piece Lemon sliced
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 inch Ginger peeled and sliced
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add sliced lemon and ginger to the boiling water.
3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and strain the liquid into a mug.
5. Stir in honey until dissolved. Serve warm.
