Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft.
  2. 2. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  3. 3. Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. 5. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
