Brown Sugar Bubble Tea
A delicious and sweet bubble tea made with brown sugar and tapioca pearls.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Tapioca Pearls
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Water
Boil the tapioca pearls in water for 15 minutes.
Drain the pearls and rinse with cold water.
In a saucepan, melt the brown sugar with a bit of water to make a syrup.
Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the syrup and let them soak for 5 minutes.
Pour the milk into glasses, add the tapioca pearls and syrup, and stir well.
Serve with a straw and enjoy!
