Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Chopped Potatoes
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Add the frozen peas, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
