Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • ½ cup peas
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add ham and cook until slightly browned.
  3. Push ham to the side and add beaten eggs. Scramble until cooked.
  4. Add rice, pineapple, peas, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
