Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 piece Dashi stock
  • 3 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 1 cup Tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot.
  2. 2. Add dashi stock and let it dissolve.
  3. 3. Reduce heat to low and add miso paste. Stir until dissolved.
  4. 4. Add tofu cubes and let them warm up for a few minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
