A classic New Orleans sandwich loaded with Italian meats, cheese, and olive salad.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf round Italian bread
- ½ cup olive salad
- ¼ pound Genoa salami thinly sliced
- ¼ pound ham thinly sliced
- ¼ pound mortadella thinly sliced
- ¼ pound provolone cheese thinly sliced
1. Cut the Italian bread loaf in half horizontally.
2. Spread the olive salad evenly on the bottom half of the bread.
3. Layer the salami, ham, mortadella, and provolone cheese on top of the olive salad.
4. Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and press down lightly.
5. Cut the sandwich into quarters and serve.
