Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for serving

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and cannellini beans. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add ditalini pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
