This is a simple and easy recipe for making homemade phyllo dough.

- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water Room temperature
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
Roll each ball into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
