Main Ingredients
- 14 oz canned salmon drained and flaked
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill fresh, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, egg, bread crumbs, onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
