Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Chopped lettuce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the burritos by layering rice, black beans, shrimp, cheese, salsa, and lettuce on each tortilla.
  5. 5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up to enclose the filling.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
