- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
- 4 Hamburger Buns
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and yellow mustard to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and enjoy!
