Sweet Chili Thai Sauce Recipe
This sweet chili Thai sauce is perfect for dipping or as a glaze for meats and veggies. It's sweet, tangy, and has a little kick.

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Rice vinegar
 - ½ cup Water
 - ½ cup Sugar
 - 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
 - 1 tablespoon Chili flakes
 - 2 cloves Garlic minced
 
 
In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add chili flakes and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to the saucepan. Stir until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
