Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup Rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon Chili flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, water, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chili flakes and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the saucepan. Stir until sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
