Ingredients 

Quiche Filling

  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Pie Crust pre-made or homemade

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the spinach, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
