You will probably recognise this familiar face. Kevin, our Restaurant Manager, has been with The Pawn for 3 years. With a passion for hospitality and a strong background in hotel management, Kevin leads and trains the restaurant team and ensures that guests have an unparalleled dining experience.
Fun fact: He knows a thing or two about wine. Ask him to recommend a food and wine pairing!
Chris joined The Pawn in 2015 as our Head Chef to run the daily kitchen operations and ensures food quality is up to standard.
Fun fact: When he's not leading the kitchen team, he's got his eyes on the target playing competitive darts!
Born in Poland and having started his bartending career in London at establishments like the esteemed Duck & Waffle, Pawel has been in Hong Kong for 4 years and has led the bar program at Lily & Bloom and Honi Honi Tiki Lounge. He now oversees the operations at Botanicals Bar and leads the bar team while curating the cocktail menu and drinks selection.
An end of an era means the beginning of something new. We’re excited to announce that we’ll be introducing an entirely new Chinese concept later this year.
We’d like to thank you for all your support to The Pawn for the past 13 years! After 7 years since our last touch-up, we’ve decided to return to our roots and will be taking a hiatus starting September 13 to transform everything.
